First off, I want to say how much I love Ralphs. I appreciate their customer service over the years and have been a loyal customer for a very long time, especially at this location unfortunately on my eve of my birthday Richie, identifying himself as a manager, Told me I was going to be trespassed for having a service dog. My Service Dog is Test trained for PTSD and medical alert due to the Cancer after my time in the fire service. Richie! told me that I was going to be trespassed so I proceeded to leave and have followed up with management who has also agreed that he is Ben rude to fellow employees as well as regular customers. A witness to the situation stopped us in the parking lot, which encouraged me to leave this review as well as follow up with corporate. I hope they follow up with richie! and educate him on proper ADA law and approaching people with PTSD Or anybody with disabilities and not being discriminatory towards any customer that walks into their establishment because I believe that anybody has a right to shop at a Ralph’s. No matter their condition or their appearance. We had not done anything but walked 5 feet into Ralph’s before we were stopped by a very nice employee named Kathy, but richie! involved himself in the situation and escalated it, Instead of acting like A manager or any type of professional. I think that Ralphs would be benefited from losing him as an employee all together. As a first responder and member of the LGBT community, I was astonished at how rude somebody off the clock could be. And I encourage anybody following up with me regarding this incident.

Cleo street walkable from downtown Laguna Beach. Small store, tightly packed with pretty much everything you’d need. Get your vacay essentials or do your grocery shopping if you’re local. Friendly staff. Bring some grocery bags.

Since this is now our only choice for a market I have overlooked how small and difficult it is to get around the store, but today I had 3 employees (Nico/cashier, bagger, and manager) provide absolute horrible service. I don’t typically write reviews, but hope this reaches someone that looks into lazy employees. Is it because Gelson’s closed and the employees are just taking advantage? I really don’t mind driving down to Pavilions and Trader Joe’s where business is appreciated and the staff are amazing!!

I gave 2 stars because there are a few great employees that are helpful and friendly here.

Watch out for Nico, misogynist at the checkout. I was purchasing a 6 pack for my father and I to share. As I was checking out a man in front of me purchased a handle of Tito's, Nico struck up a conversation and failed to ID this man. When it was my turn, I was not greeted, Nico said "ID" and that was it. I can't help but wonder if the discrepancy in the experiences between the man in front of me and my own is rooted in the differences in gender. If you're a woman, consider shopping elsewhere.

Very nice and well organized store. The employees are very nice and helpful. This store has sandwiches made to order and lots of goodies to take with you to the beach. Drinks are plentiful and so is ready made food or just get some bottled water and fresh fruit!

Prices higher than the liquor stores in town on many items and some of the rudest staff you will encounter. Nasty bathrooms.....poor selection. With Pacillions closing and the loss of Gelsons they have little reason to change.
