Great place to do business with. I had a minor issue with a new Stihl product I had recently purchased and the service department took care of it in just a few minutes.
They sold me exactly what I needed, no up sell, and took care of me after the sale. You can't ask for more. Thanks so much!

Dan provides good service. Unfortunately, when you request home service they gouge. I had them come to my home to check out my JD mower. He was here less than an hour and used a jack. Basically a pin fell out from the axle and he put it back in. They charged me $85 for a van charge. He drove the van to my house and I am sure the $110 labor charge includes time from the previous appt. This van charge is total pork for them. I am done using them

Basically an expensive dealership. Svc and appts take forever. They will not deal in anything used. Even used parts. All new new new. Worker that helped me was fine though. So for my needs, used, no good. To each their own though

We asked for a tractor and plow to be service and initially they said it would be ready in 3-5 days. A week later they said it was "going into the shop now" and it'd be ready that day and delivered the following day.
They did seem to service the vehicle so I am not questioning the work done, but the service girl Cherry said they worked on it for 4 and a half hours at $108/hr and yet charged me $540 for labor. They weren't able to explain why I was charged so much and offered no refund for the discrepancy. We live in a neighborhood where most of us have tractors and machines so none of us would recommend using Reading Tractor & equipment. Trust has been lost and I will not be returning.

I bought a new $20K tractor from this place and it is perfect. Months later after 300 hours of use I dropped it off for routine service and a loss of power issue. Upon dropping it off, I was informed that it may take up to 2-weeks. Not to happy but I understood. Tomorrow will be one month and still no tractor. I am currently waiting for a return phone call to see when it will be ready. Needless to say, I will not be going back there for service ever again.

We had a problem with a tractor bought from them used two years ago, and they made it right. Such a pleasure to deal with honest people selling quality products at a fair price. Wish there were more like them.
