When we visited Red Leaf, we were the only ones at the bar, so we had the full attention of the beertender, Trista, she is a character and we had so much fun chatting with her! The flights were unexpected but also really fun. We were pleased this was how you had to order because it afforded us the opportunity to try all the beers.
We are gluten-free for health reasons and appreciate how seriously this brewery takes its gluten-free process from its brewing to its beer-brewing products.
If you expect the beer to taste like "regular" beer, you will be disappointed for sure. You just need to go into it knowing gluten-free beer is not going to taste like a regular beer. BUT! It is the NEXT best thing! We have tried other gluten-free beers and Red Leaf definitely surpasses the others in flavor, they know what they are doing! And, you can drink them without getting that full, bloated feeling after, so that is a treat and something to look forward to...
We highly recommend supporting this brewery! Go check them out and get a flight! We will be asking for Red Leaf at the local restaurants and pubs.

Such a fun tasting experience when we were in town for a ski trip. Trista, the bartender, was great to talk to and have us some local insights while three of us each had a full fight of six. One of the people in our party is gluten-sensitive and had been looking for a GF brewery.
Red Leaf was a great match and I was surprised at the different styles and range of GF beer on tap. I'm a true beer drinker and IPA guy so I hoped on to the 2 IPAs red Leaf offered and both were decent. The dark brown ale was really good too, somewhat stout-ish.

If you're in town at Smuggler's Notch, definitely add RedLeaf GF brewery to your visit list!

Finding gluten free beer is a rarity, and finding a whole brewery is even more of a delight. This brewery is set in an old house. Tastings are small but affordable. In addition to tastings they do offer gluten free food sometimes and beer cans to go. Personally I didn't care for the two I tried, but I don't need to be gluten free. My husband enjoyed the IPA and purchased cans to go. Staff was nice, but experience was a little awkward with what we were supposed to do with empty tasters, requesting tasting etc. Definitely check this place out if in the area. They have seating inside and outside with a fire pit.

The best gluten free beer I’ve ever had, along with a fantastic experience. Trista was behind the bar, and answered all of our questions happily and with great detail. On top of that she was super friendly and funny! If she’s not already a part-owner, she certainly should be. We’ll be back every time we come back to the area without a doubt.

First time to Vermont and decided to try out some local breweries. We found the Red Leaf to be a quaint spot in Jeffersonville. Enjoyed some tasty beer and on our way out saw a full rainbow right over the establishment. I guess that is a good omen.
