Ordered 51 Meyer Spruce saplings in plugs for parting gifts at an event. Excellent price. The owner worked with me to determine best trees for the area and when they should be shipped to arrive in time for my event and not sitting their too long. The trees arrived on time and in excellent condition. They looked exactly like the photos on their website. I highly recommend them!

Ordered a Christmas tree online. Paid for order. Received an email next day stating that I had to pay an additional $68 for shipping. Did not honor website price. I requested to have order cancelled.

Error on sellers part. Wanted to charge almost double. $68 shipping on $80 purchase. Didn't even offer a discount or better rate. Was unapologetic in email. Did reply and communicated quickly. Just dissatisfied with the whole thing.

This will be the second year I've ordered from Redrock Farm. If I have ever had to ask a product question I have always gotten a timely response. The quality of the product they sell comparative to the price is superb. I also like the fact that they are upfront in their listings about freight charges. Most mail order tree companies do not do this.

This farm displayed to me his customers are not important. The attitude from my conversation with the farm was so bad we would not deal with them. I cannot imagine having the lack of care this farm has shown.
