I found the cutest REI rain jacket today. 30% off on REI branded items, atm. Plus, I used my reward cash. I ended up paying about 20$ for it😁

Had to shelter here for a tornado emergency! Staff were kind and efficient in handling the emergency and the bathrooms we sheltered in were immaculate. Once the storm cleared, check out was smooth and I walked away with the three pairs of the pants the I needed, and a new appreciation for a clean bathroom in a time of an emergency. Thanks guys!!

Excellent customer service! The staff were very patient and informative as I shopped for new hiking boots. They had a nice selection and were very knowledgeable about the different brands. Their prices were compartive to online stores but with the added benefit of in-store personal assistance! If your looking for outdoor clothing, shoes, gear, or equipment, I recommend giving them a visit!

Great selection, but that’s where it ends. My wife and I each shopped there once, and both checkout experiences were terrible. The cashiers were relentless about pushing the rewards program and went out of their way to avoid applying the REI brand coupon we received for signing up online—acting as if they’d never seen it before (seriously?!). It was actually worse than I can describe here, but I won’t waste more time on it. We’ll never go back or recommend.

I needed finger socks and they are the only place i know that sells them locally. They were easy to find and i was abke to get in there and out quickly because the service was good. The parking there has plenty of room too

Best shop. I’m from Birmingham and needed bindings put on skis. Talked to the tech Jeremy and he could do the work day of. He stayed overtime to get it done-he’s the best! Was approached multiple times by other friendly staff to see if they could help, literally the best REI I’ve ever been too, and the ski work is as done perfectly! 11/10
