Update a year later- they changed the pharmacy hours without any type of notice to customers (idk if that’s too much to ask but it would be helpful when people are coming regularly), so that was unfortunate bc even though I already paid for my prescriptions and staff is there behind the desk, I can’t get them. However what bothered me more is that I was right in front of the two people still there, and through the gate that goes up at closing I asked “I thought you closed at 9?” And the pharmacist or tech standing closer looked at me, mumbled something to the other person, who told him to ignore me. And they both continued looking down pretending like I wasn’t standing there. Like what? You can’t even acknowledge a customer who is standing in front of you asking a question I then got out my phone to look up the store website and see the hours have been changed to open an hour later and close an hour earlier. So I asked “when did you change ur hours” and the person at the computer finally responded and told me it was a couple days ago. Was it that hard to just respond to a customer after you abruptly changed your hours just a few days ago? I was standing right in front of you asking a very simple question, you both heard me, looked up to see me right there, looked at and spoke to each other, and just completely ignored me. Sorry but if you don’t like helping people or dealing with the public don’t work at a pharmacy. I’m just trying to pick up meds that I already paid for and have to take every day.

This pharmacy is the absolute worst. They hate helping people, refuse to help, return your rx if you don’t pick it up immediately, are incredibly rude, just horrendous.

One of the reasons Rite Aid is going out of business. I had a one time prescription of Metoprolol Tartrate 30 day supply, this is a $4 prescription without insurance at Walmart.
Picked up prescription at Rite Aid and paid $3, and thought it is a cheap generic drug even better than Walmart price. But NO, Rite Aid without asking files claim on my insurance. I went to ask why, and she said it is just something they do.
I asked how much is prescription without insurance, she said $87. I was shocked $4 Walmart and $87 Rite Aid. Hoping this was a mistake, but will follow-up.

Giving this place 1 star because of Kelly's horrible costumer service!
I called to ask for an item. Kelly shouted no and hung up on me!
I understand if they are busy or she's having a bad day but if I'm driving from one rite aid to another I would appreciate it if she could actually check for me!

Waited in line to buy ice and was told I need to get the ice first. Came back with the ice and had to wait 5 minutes holding the cold ice. 3 cashiers up front, one of them should have got the ice for me, but instead I had to wait in line twice. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!
