The plant prices are very fair and in most cases below the prices of plants found at the larger stores such as Home Depot, Tractor Supply, and Walmart. The staff is very helpful. Plant selection is broad and varied. Large selection of hardware, home goods,etc. I will make this my " go to " store for many of my domestic needs.

Poor customer service! As soon as we walked in, others were greeted and my husband and I were not, they just looked at us with frowns on their faces and kept following us around the store never asking if we needed any help finding anything, making us feel very uncomfortable all the way up to the point of us walking out the store! This isn't the first time that this has happened, last year we walked into the store and the same happened and my husband and I just figured somebody was having a bad day so this year we walked in again to give it another chance and they did the same thing! Never will they receive our business and a complaint was filed with the better Business bureau.

Better than great service. If the prices are higher, then they are not noticed unless you are on a really tight budget. A farm & garden store, I think it is worth the investigating time. Live ckickens-different varieties-inside the store, a delightful sight. All in all a very good experience.

Came in today to get a pecan roller. They didn't have it in stock but the ordered one for me and will call me when it's in. I thought that was great! There are too many businesses today that would have just shrugged their shoulders and said "sorry, we're out". But they took the time to find out what size would be best and to get my info! Now that is customer service!!!!
