Nice place to shop, or just to walk around, really. The atmosphere is chill. The food is good, and drinks are reasonably priced! The combos are the best option! Shopping there is great, especially with their scan and go app. The only line you wait on is the exit line. Costco is lacking that!! ;-)..

This location is similar to most that I have visited. There is a good selection, and prices are better than most anywhere on island as long as you really need the bulk! The food court had fantastic pizza and great prices. I love going in for food samples around the store too. Their rotisserie chicken is phenomenal and priced so good! Parking is a challenge here, I recommend parking on an upper level.

They double charged my card twice, and took $650 and have yet to reimburse me. Went in person to customer service and they said they don't know who to talk to about it. Can't even file a claim about it sadly, my bank won't allow it. Do NOT use scan and go

Location kinda sucks. It’s in the basement of a retail complex. Google maps sends you to the upper level. This is Sams. The cart elevator was inoperative during our visit so you couldn’t get your supplies upstairs. Just saying. The fuel center is not here. It’s up the hill in front of Walmart. Pizza and hotdogs good and normal for Sam’s club.

On 11-09-2023, my spouse and I had an extremely disappointing experience with customer service and management at Sam's Club.

We waited in line for an extended period, even though the cashier appeared to have finished with her previous customer. Despite our polite attempts to get their attention, the cashier and the manager continued their conversation without acknowledging us. Suddenly, both the cashier and manager left, ignoring us, even though we had already placed all our items on the counter.

Confused, I followed the manager and asked about the situation with our cashier and whether she would return. The manager responded abruptly, claiming the cash register was out of service, and walked away without further explanation or an apology.

I approached her again and politely requested if another line could be opened for us and the other customers who had been waiting. She pointed to the next line, but it already had six carts ahead of us.

Once again, she left without addressing our complaints. She then proceeded to assist with the customer return line, and her actions seemed to suggest a lack of regard for customers of certain racial backgrounds. Despite being neatly dressed, we were treated rudely, while she seemed polite to other customers and employees.

I’m sharing her picture here, as she refused to provide her name, even after I asked three times.

Immediately after taking the picture, she instructed security to confront me and demanded I delete it. I explained that I needed the photo to file a formal complaint, as she had refused to identify herself. Once again, I politely requested the name of her supervisor, but my request was denied. After about 15 minutes, they allowed me to leave, likely due to the growing number of curious customers observing the situation.

In conclusion, I believe that working without a name tag or hiding behind a white hat allows some managers to avoid accountability. However, just as a person's character cannot be hidden by skin color, a white hat cannot conceal a lack of professionalism.

WAY TO GO, SAM'S! Excellent choice in employee selection and customer service training!

PS: I’ve attempted to contact Sam’s Club online, and the only response I received was:

I love the cafe, but Sam's club has been pushing people to use it's scan and go, gets people in a rhythm of not having the payment on them, then close the online ordering if it gets too busy. The app will also periodically make you use the self checkout "for security". What's the point of pushing this on all the customers then out of the blue you're gonna require physical payment when the customer is used to not needing their card. Very aggravating.

First of all used to love coming to this tire shop. Used to have amazing and quick service but now this tire shop is a joke. All the old timers I’ve seen before they’re alright but all these kids they hired move like zombies. All I see is air pods in ears, them vaping in the shop thinking no one sees them, and them talking story to avoid talking to customers. The new cashier I think his name was Johnathan he looks like a deer in headlights shaking and stuttering talking to customers and he runs away from the register also when there’s long lines. Not sure if he’s disabled I’m sorry for that comment if he is. I’m not sure how Sams clubs policy is about working on personal vehicles but I’m pretty sure I saw that beat up black bmw in the shop multiple times in a week. They really need to reconsider who works on peoples cars they can cause huge accidents or even worse.

I want to give it a higher rating. I love the scan and go feature, but..... the parking is so bad! It's a warehouse store and most all the parking spots are a standard car width plus like 18 inches. You have to be super skinny to get out of almost every spot, especially if parked next to anything. Good luck loading what you bought. Really sad they couldn't get rid of some spots and expand the width of spots.
