Brought my 6yro son to go magney fishing. I asked the guy inside if i could park for 30 minutes. He said he he will tow my car. Very unproffessional . I was trying to show my son that by asking people for permission is the best policy. 4 thumbs down from a boy and his father.

I stopped for sandwiches before going kayaking on the River. Pretty good selection. And the dark rye doesn't have any caraway seeds (it bugs me sometimes that everyone feels compelled to put caraway seeds in rye)! Otherwise, it's a good place to stop for just about anything. It kind of works as a general store, with a small aisle of non-food items.

Actually, it has a pretty good selection of red or white fine wine choices to grab for your last minute of forget to grab before you departed civilization for what some might call the far end of Western civilization

Not happy with this place the prices have become more than ridiculous. I have lived here in Hacienda for 20+ years and always supported Berrys Market appreciated having a convenience Store in our neighborhood. I understand inflation this store is straight price Gouging. $1100 for a 12 eggs Drove a mile down the street to Speers Market got a large box of 18 eggs for 3 dollars less which is still high but I can live with that. Why does big Sam get to price Gouge Us and fill his pockets. Never shopping there again!!!

Make sure you get your receipts! I let the clerk know the beverages I was purchasing had a sale sign 2 for $7. Clerk said it would come up on the register. I noticed sale prices weren't coming up. He said it would come off at the end. He finished my sale and handed me my purchases without a receipt. I requested the receipt, and as expected, the receipt did not contain any sales prices.

Since changing ownership months ago, the quality of the sandwiches has changed for the worse. Old sandwiches, rancid potato salad and macaroni salad...as well as crumb cakes so old/hard they could be used as a weapon. I've talked to the new owner about this. He doesn't seem to care and was offended. The girls who work there are as friendly as ever....always pleasant and welcoming.
