Beautiful gardens - we were surprised just how large and varied it is! Well-kept and easy to walk through. All of the plants seemed to be thriving! It's a very impressive collection! A few of standout sections are the Succulent Garden, the Margaret Ambrose Japanese Garden, and the Desmond Native Wetland Trail Garden - we walked through those areas at least twice to take it all in. If you do come through, please donate if you can! It's an amazing space full of tranquility for visitors but I'm sure it's a lot of hard work behind the scenes! The visitor center is also remarkably clean - bathrooms are near spotless!

This was such a nice garden. It is very well maintained and there are ample places for one to sit and take it all in. We visited while temps were in the high 80s and there was plenty of shade throughout. If you are in the area, definitely check this place out.

It was so beautiful..Very nice trails and the landscaping was gorgeous..The school and students should be proud of the beauty they created.

Even though it is not the season where you see the splendor of flowers and nature, this is a beautiful place where you can go with your family, as a couple or alone. I definitely recommend it. The volunteer staff who work there do an extraordinary job keeping the place clean and the flowers well cared for.

Enjoyable experience! Very serene! My wife and I are making this our quiet place to get away from the crowds and appreciate nature. We will be coming back on a regular basis. We met the head gardener, he selflessly takes care of all 32 acres, very nice man.

How is this free?

I loved getting to explore the gardens on a beautiful day in early spring - but I bet a few weeks later, everything would be bursting with color! I'm glad I had the chance to visit before the Patrick Dougherty piece had to be removed for safety. I'll be curious to see what art piece emerges in the future.

Beautiful place to take a walk. I went here with my mother and 2 boys. You can make the walk short or long which is always nice. My mom is handicap so sometimes we just take a short stroll but the scenery is always interesting and well kept.
