I had a pickup here. The 2 people assisting me were very professional and nice. Plenty of space to maneuver. They didn’t take very long to load. I really appreciated the signs on the street and the huge sign for where to check in.

My appointment 08:00 am . I arrived 07:50 am check in she tell give mobile no i call you. Call 9:30 give me door . But unloading very slow . Unloading at 12:30 pm . Total time 4:40 minutes . I no like place

My appointment was at 1pm, I come 30 min later and now is 2:20 pm and I am not yet loaded, 2 trucks come after me and they give them a doors, what is wrong with this company. I want make update, now is 5:30 and I am not yet loaded, terrible company

No bathrooms for drivers at this site. Be careful docking, they have metal protruding from the docks and some aren’t painted so you’ll never see them destroy your trailer door before it’s to late.

Tried to call SCN recently regarding burning smell that seems to come from the factory every day. No one answered. I tried every extension and no one answered. When I tried to leave a message in the general mailbox, I was directed to leave a message after the beep but there was no beep and it did not record a message but instead returned my call to the unresponsive general menu, so impossible to request a call back about the noxious smell.

I live across from the factory that produces these gummy, sugary "neutraceuticals." It has recently been bought by RoundTable Healthcare (misnomer judging from the lack of environmental responsibility of Santa Cruz Nutritionals) Partners in Illinois.

The factory runs 24/7 and generates a huge amount of noise pollution and perhaps noxious smell periodically emitted throughout the day with fans needed to clean the air inside the factory.

Despite many requests.Santa Cruz Nutritionals has done nothing to reduce the noise that awakens neighbors throughout the night....VERY poor community concern.

This place doesn't answer their phone. Be careful of fiber gummies. Foreign matter in there. Bought at Walmart. Plastic? Gelatin? I have no idea but QA needs to step up
