For my birthday we decided to check out this shop for some steaks. We ended up buying several things, including the steaks and meat for a Sunday sauce. The staff were friendly and helpful and the meat was high quality. We will be returning!

I made a last minute decision on father's day to get a steak. I was not expecting there to be many choices. Happily I was wrong. They had amazing cuts of meat even a wagyu tomahawk. My Father's day was saved when he brought out a whole filet and cut me two perfect steaks.

This place is AMAZING for meat and fish! This is also where I also buy ALL my meat for smoking...They have thicker higher quality meat than anyone else, and will custom cut/trim it for my smoking projects. Da’Best!!!

Arguably the best spot in town for fine cuts. Premium quality beef, pork, fish and seafood. It is more expensive than your typical grocery store but the quality is considerably above. The staff is super friendly and ia always willing to help, accommodate custom requests and teach you the best ways to cook their meats and fish.

This was supposed to be a 2" Black Hills t-bone.

It was 1.5" at the thin end and 3.5" at the bone end.

Really hard to cook evenly, no response from Tony about the lousy butchering job.

At $30 a pound, we'll take our business elsewhere.

Amazing quality food and great people. A close Peruvian friend guided us to the halibut at this shop as the closest option for making a true ceviche (and his standards are ridiculously high). Halibut is the closest to the traditional local Peruvian fish and Saratoga Meat and Fish are the best south bay source for incredibly fresh fish. The fish at this place is amazing — I have been using for ceviche sashimi and poke but yes it can be cooked too) and the pricing was not cheap but frankly has either been amazing value for the quality vs price or the same price and better quality than Whole Foods and Lunardis. They also have an amazing meat selection — unique sourcing — but most importantly the people here including the owner are wonderfully knowledgeable, professional but most importantly good, straightforward and kind. It’s a pleasure to do business here. I usually call ahead to confirm what is fresh sometimes waiting a few hours to catch a different inbound fish I hadn’t anticipated but they always have very fresh fish and great meat options.
