We ran power for some equipment they we're adding, and were extremely diligent about adhering to proper food preparation cleanliness and sanitation. It didn't make our jobs any easier, but I would feel very comfortable eating anything that came from there. As a matter of fact the maintenance manager was nice enough to send us home with some samples and boy was it delicious!
