After dropping my child off at school, I remembered that I needed to grab some things for dinner, I got what I needed and headed to self check out. I only purchased 3 bags because I have a ton at the house, so I proceeded to ring up my things and place them back in the cart. Some stuff I put in the bags. The lady came over and tried to tell me the produce number for my vegetables, I let her know that I scanned them already, because I was putting everything back in cart I guess she assumed I was stealing. I clicked the pay button and immediately the assistance needed button started flashing, same lady came walking over, acting like she had no idea what was going on, she flagged me and then used that as an excuse to go through my stuff to make sure I wasn't stealing. Which is so crazy to me. Being profiled on a military installation while serving the country is crazy work indeed.

Extremely disappointed in the commissary this week. Went in to buy a couple of items and found a bin of clearanced Chrismas mini bags of muddy buddy’s for 20 cents each at the checkout. I grabbed a handful and proceeded to check out. Went back the next day and got more on my to find that they had been marked back up to FULL price. The assistant grocery manager told me that prices change and that the items should have been taken from the shelf. I told him I felt ripped off and how would he feel. His response was that he doesn’t shop at the commissary. I reached out to corporate and they apologized and said that Christmas clearance is only supposed to be out for 2 weeks on clearance then removed from the shelves and they can’t adjust the price because it should have been taken off the shelf. We are now past 3 weeks and it’s still out but now being sold at full price. If this was a regular item that had been in sale, I completely understand but Christmas clearance going back into full price and selling it still is extremely dishonest.

Been to each commissary on the island. And this one is pretty Mid. It stems from the customer service and not what it looks like. It's clean, organized and pretty stocked for the most part. It's the employees that are the issue. I've been helped by produce, Frontlines, self checkout and customer service and 8/10 interactions are disappointing. The worst ones are self check out and frontlines. If an employee don't like helping people or just ran out of patience, don't let them assist with customers. I've been told to hurry up, had them watch my entire transaction, or scoff when I requested to get an error cleared off my screen. Frontlines- 8 times I've not been greated during 8 trips of going. I UNDERSTAND tagalog, and most dialects, I have never been more insulted when I hear then speak about me not tipping for 4 item groceries. And the worst one is one bagger stuck her hand out when I had cashback( i had $20 bill) as to EXPECT the money as a tip. I drive to any other commissary than this one.

Customer service here is amazing. They care enough about soldiers and veterans alike. You can literally get everything here to make your cooking easy and household stuff. Plus the bathroom is always clean and you will be required to wash your honds before entering the commissary. MOST IMPORTANTLY, YOU WILL HAVE TO BE PART OF DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE TO GET ACCESS TO THE BASE.

The produce is not worth the money. If it's not already bad, it will be in no more than 2 days.
Other than that, I haven't had any issues.

Please do your due diligence when purchasing vitamins or similar items. I purchased a bottle of Olly vitamins on Sunday, went to open them today (Monday) the seal was open/punctured. I decided to count them and then google a picture for color reference since this was my first time with this particular one and the count was off by 1 and there was an obvious color difference (which could be due to the manufacturer changing things). I did return them but I felt very aware that she thought i was making this all up.
