Jennifer was amazing, helped me get a new phone, and did everything in her power to overcome obstacles that came up due to crappy AT&T systems. If anyone needs advice or help on mobile devices, please go talk to Jennifer. She is a godsend.

Has come a long way since 2009, army tries to keep it full of helpful stores. It has a decent selection bit you can't compare this to Bennings or Stewart's PX not even close. Good for an overpriced sub par haircut, little house items and a lunch that's not off post at best.

Not the best Exchange but it's got the essentials; food court, barber shop, PX, an optometry adjacent to a lens center, and a few other random shops. The PX did go away from having plastic bags but they're slowly going back to having them (small ones though). There's a place to eat outdoors from the food court but there's limited shading and in the corner there's a Mexican popup shop with a loud and obnoxious generator so it's not the best with it being so noisy. Parking is crowded, lots of human traffic at times so you really have to pay attention when driving. It's located on the Schofield side of the base so it's a bit of an inconvenience if you live on the Wheeler side. It's basically okay, nothing special. Just anther generic Main Exchange with the bare minimums.

I’ve only been to a few military bases and this one is pretty good but in my opinion can be a bit cleaner. The exchange store has a good variety of items so I think there are no complaints there. The food court could be a bit cleaner but I’m glad the soldiers and their families have good food options to choose from.
