We have purchased from this business for about 15 years; they used to have great customer service, reasonable prices and selection. They no longer have any of these qualities. We don’t mind paying slightly higher prices to support the “little guy” but not when they are rude. They provided poor customer service and their response to us made it clear that they didn’t care. Very disappointing and we won’t be back.
