Visiting See’s Candies was such a pleasant experience! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming-they even offered me a candy to try, which made my visit extra special. The store was super clean and well-organized, making it easy to find everything.

They have a lot of gift sets, including special ones for Thanksgiving and a cute Advent calendar for $76. There are also gift cards and sets with cocoa, a mug, and tasty treats-perfect for gifts or cozy evenings at home.

It’s a lovely store with great service and amazing products. I’ll definitely visit again!

I recently visited the See’s Candies store in Rancho Santa Margarita and was thoroughly impressed by the service provided by a gentleman salesman. He spoke with a warm smile, patiently and slowly explaining every detail about the current and new chocolates. His excellent customer service and knowledgeable guidance made my shopping experience truly delightful. Highly recommend!

I’ve always had great experiences at See’s Candies since I was little, but unfortunately, my recent visit was disappointing. An employee named Kelley was overly pushy, prioritizing sales over customer experience. She seemed reluctant to offer samples, which is a big part of what makes See’s so special. I’d recommend additional training to improve her approach—otherwise, this kind of interaction might drive customers away.

Two stars only bc the staff is so kind and friendly. The chocolate itself is lackluster and tastes of preservatives. There’s a “Chocolate Bliss” down the street with genuine chocolate makers. Go there instead.

Just visited here with my grandma and the lead sales manager and the older gentleman present were so kind and attentive! Gave us fabulous samples and were so patient and helpful. This is some of the best service I’ve ever experienced!
