I came 30 minutes early of my appointment and these guys want me to wait outside on the road ..
There is no space to park the truck .. never seen rude people like them..

Nothing like California nut, they wait 3 hours because I am Spanish. Mr. Sousa was very unhelpful and they made me pay for coffee.

For pickup. Fast loading in and out in 30 minutes

Very strict on appointment times do not show up 20 minutes before your appointment time. They will not let you in the gate they don't have room for parking.

Showed up 20 minutes before appointment, I've only been trucking for 5 years but I've never had an issue checking in 30 to 60 minutes early. Was told I'd have to leave and come back exactly at my appointment time. Will update if they actually start loading me in a timely manner after check in.
