The picture is the post office. The store is under new ownership. They had a place in San Miguel so outside the kitchen area it says San Miguel, but it's in Shandon. My favorite dish to take out is their fish tacos. They are 2 small corn tortillas with chopped fish, cilantro, tomatoes, onions a lemon and your choice of salsa. Large meat case, fresh fruit and vegetables. All types of drinks and mostly Mexican candy. Ice cream, cereals and fresh salsa by the container. They are still fixing the inside and I've heard there will be an expansion for an eating area.

This place is NOT a liquor store, its NOT a deli, its Not what it says it is. What it is is overpriced out if date ridiculous place. The bananas were black (they were nit plantains). They wanted $8 for cooked cold rice. Stay away if you can help it!

This is a weekly stop on our scooter rides. Weather we want sandwiches or a cold drink. Shandon Market has what we need. But my favorite after a ride is a ICE Cold Mexican Coke with peanuts I know don't knock it tell you try it but it has to be a glass bottle.

It might get you what you need... However it is overpriced and they charge you to use a FOOD STAMP card. And the lady at the cash register doesn't speak english
