Tried the #1 combo would recommend for first timers you get to try alittle bit of everything. The spicy flavor has a nice tang to it but isnt intimidating. Also the mango green tea was awesome was a bit scared the green tea was over powering but is a perfect balance.

Good food, hot and good flavor. Food came out not long after ordering. We got there at 6:45p and they gave us en extra order of chicken because they felt they took too long on the food, I was impressed.

The ONLY downside is the hours, need to be open to 8pm at least.

Side note: each bundle meal is big enough for 2 people!

You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. The rolls are delicious and the chicken is juicy, crispy, with excellent sauce/flavor.

First time at Shootz yesterday. Saw some Instagram advertisements and the reviews (although few) were very high. I had the Chicken Katsu, spicy, and it was delicious. The breading was so crispy. Many Hawaiian restaurants clearly hold their katsu hot for hours as it is often soggy. This was very fresh and the kimchi butter was delicious. The spicy was not anything crazy, less spicy than tapatio. The rice was perfect and the mac salad was wayyyy more flavorful than L&L. Great musubi too, brulee’d aioli is a nice touch. I also like that they serve the drinks in cans like a typical Hawaiian plate lunch. The lemonades look really good but because I called on the phone I didn’t know they had them. Atmosphere is as good as it gets as they are situated within a food hall. Overall great experience and not breaking the bank like other plate lunch spots. Also portions were nice sized.

As an employee of the marketplace, I have tried everything in the entire plaza. This is my favorite place to get my lunch - so delicious and a cool philosophy! Highly recommend the spicy kimchi butter katsu chicken plate and spam musubi. Yummmm

Great tasting food. The guy who took our order was really friendly and generous-sorry I didn't get his name. If it wasn't so difficult to find parking, I believe we would eat here more often. Today must have been a strange weekend (or maybe opening weekend for the location) It was SOOOO CROWDED!! Definitely unpleasant with the amount of people/screaming kids all over the place and no parking. I hope the hype dies down so this place has a chance to shine with their food! Again we would eat here again in heartbeat if it was in a different location or some improvements in crowd control/parking were done.
