I ALWAYS shopped at this location due to the store being very close to my home. Kathi, the retail/cashier is very nasty. Aggressive for absolutely no reason. Talks about you to the customers behind you in line. She also does not care apparently if customers are stealing due to the fact that she got aggressive about confirming an item I already paid for. If she hates her job so much at ShopRite, she should really consider a new career. I spoke to the manager regarding this situation. I would like to be contacted by the store manager. Thank you.

YOU NEED TO ELIMINATE ALL LEFT HAND TURNS FROM YOUR STORE ONTO ENGLISH CREEK ROAD. I drive English Creek Road all the time and drive past several vehicle accidents per year caused by your store for left hand turns onto a very busy road. I am now considering pressuring the township to get involved because this is a huge safety concern which needs to be addressed immediately.

My last time will be my last time. The notoriously rude cashier, middle aged drugstore blond woman, was at her rudest and most hostile. I'm sure she's the same that other reviewers have cited. Prices are outrageous, I can get the same price at Atlantic City bodega, so why bother? They have a monopoly on the food chain locally and take full advantage by price gouging.

I was there today about 1:00 and i was at the fruit section and i was carefully selecting the ones that are good and quality.I was taking my time and carefully looking through the fruits so i was not harming anyone or anything,however the gentleman on the side told me “ why are you messing up the fruits…”and i said to him “ I’m allowed to choose the one i like and I’m not breaking/ruining the fruits “ After I left the fruits section and i called the customer service immediately,because of the way he talked to me,it look like it was racially motivated.( He’s the manager and his name is Al).I hope he will read this and learn more about how to take care of customers

Three times now I've done my online order and it wasn't ready. First time was last month, I waited 1hr pass my pick up time. Friday, waited 50 minutes pass the time and today 1hr 40min. This is ridiculous. If you want people to just come in and shop or you short staff or backed up, STOP THE ONLINE OPTION instead of being greedy for money. Then have the nerve to still charge $4.99 for a late pick-up.

What also pissed me off is the fact I placed my order before noon for a 5-6pm pick up. How alot of the items are not available. I thought your order is pulled when you order, regardless of the pick up time. I was told by a employee that it's not pulled until near pick up time which makes no sense. This now explains why people I know was able to purchase some of the same items hours after I ordered. The store shoppers should be pulling from the shelves as soon as the order is placed. I thought it was first come, first serve.

These folks on average are out of 3-4 things I need- basics like bread, meat, etc- everytime I go- in the middle of the day too. I often like to food shop at night to avoid the crowds, but that is not even an option here because you are lucky to find what you need at noon, let alone after6 pm. I have never seen anything like it at a modern grocery store. They’ll be out of chop meat, ground turkey, various cold cuts, wheat bread, buns, broccoli, etc… ridiculous. Also, if you’re going to the deli for 1 item, make sure you have set aside at least 45 minutes of your day.

I've been going here for years for my kids birthday cakes and they always do an incredible job making my kid's birthday cakes every year they never fail to impress my explanations I love how hard they really work to make an impeccable birthday cake if I could I would give them a ten star rating 😁👍😊

Horrible horrible service . Should hire or train your register agents horrible . I was paying and the agent didn’t even offer to help bag , but continued to ring up client afterwards with out even being done bagging my items. Items were over flowing and I kept being watched by agent as if I was slow while spending 350-400 dollars . I think I may just give me business to a different location unless something good comes from this post. I will take my 14400-16000 for the year elsewhere .

Also cars are smaller with useless cup holder which only fits 3 bags at most . No under storage horrible horrible service .. they don’t want to make convenient to shop . Will not come back here again
