This is the third time I’ve received moldy produce from ShopRite through a mobile order. I reached out to customer service for a refund and was transferred between multiple departments. I was initially told I’d receive a refund, but then received a call stating they wouldn’t issue it unless I came to the store in person. This is incredibly frustrating and defeats the purpose of ordering online.

This store is always clean and looks expensive but usually has the best deals. I also love that they have public restrooms easily accessible right at the front of the store. No feeling weird, going on the back room.

Maybe this should be a lower score. This store was empty at 430pm on a Sunday. No celery, no pepper, very little bananas and no circulars. The can can sale I showing on and the Swanson broth is on sale and not a container on the shelf in any variety. If I was not with my wife I would have left 5 minutes into my sad adventure. Now at the checkout there are 4 regular registers all packed. I looked at my wife and told her I would leave right now. This store is a disgrace and should be ashamed.

Very clean, brightly lit store. Item restocking, especially poultry, frequently lags behind. Deli workers are all fast and friendly. Watch the checkout clerks for a few minutes before committing to a line; the difference in speed is noticeable.

ShopRite, they have a problem with the customer service. they are ignorant you called them. They never answer. you wait 15-20 Minutes keep calling. Keep calling keep calling nobody not answering the phone so why did they put a customer service there? Because last night I went there to get the ground meat they put it for Black Friday. It was out so I’m trying to ask if they have it and I don’t want to drive there for nothing but nobody was answering the phone. I keep calling. Keep calling nobody’s answering. It happened to me too many times we’re trying to ask if they have the stuff I need and I know they can hear the phone just the ignoring it.

I like the atmosphere, the store is clean. I need to be honest, the only product have my interest is “arepas” from Colombia. It’s expensive in comparison with other local supermarkets in this area, but is the closest place to my house to get Colombian food.
