I’ve shopped here a few times, and while other times I left with good products ( curry spices etc) , I visited yesterday on Christmas Eve and saw a sale on “MTR Brand Gulab Jamun” desserts so I thought I’d buy one and I got home only to open up to see it’s all mush, heated it up for 30 seconds and it tasted not only expired but not on par with how gulabs should be, it was more of a pudding than an actual gulab, 1/5 do not recommend

Wow amazing fresh produce! I love when I find hidden gems like this around Folsom. It has all of the essentials you could ever want at an Indian grocery store.

Unfortunately, I bought this item the other day and, after getting home, realized it had passed its Best Before date. I never expected a store to sell an item past its expiry/BB date. Additionally, most of the items had their packaging punctured to save space on the shelves. This practice can cause food contamination and diminish the flavor and freshness.

The store is quite a super market for people who require daily edibles. The quality of the stuff was pretty good. Especially the vegetables are fresh and worth buying. The staff is quite helpful to find things.

Stay away from this place. Very bad place to shop at, the owner has the worst behavior, they are ripping off customers, charging much higher price than other Indian stores. I am never going to buy here. I showed the owner a receipt for the same coffee that I bought from the other store which was double in amount and charged less than what Shreyus charged me, the owner just insulted me and said he cannot accept that he is charging me more, stay away from this store please.
