I like this Smart &Final. I've never been to one before but I have worked in grocery stores and I recognize a good store and good workers. This store has fresh produce and low prices. It looks well organized and priced correctly.

It had been a major, very positive surprise. A pretty wide selection. I was looking for bakery tools and supplies and I have found items, like food handling gloves or paper sample cups that are not so easy to find or you have to buy them in large quantities. If you are looking for reasonably good quality food and items at a reasonable price this is the right place. Sale associates were nice and quick.

The elderly lady cashier with short hair was really rude she got all defensive as if I were blaming her when I wasn’t at all . She said it’s not my fault three times loudly when I was only trying to explain the issue . She seemed as if she didn’t want to hear me out at all . She made a big ol scene a loud announcement apologized To the line behind Me she said sorry everyone I am going to have to delete her whole transaction and start all over again very loudly. Seemed as if she just wanted to humiliate me and embarrass me . She was very unprofessional , loud and rude . There was no reason for her to treat me like that . It was a terrible experience for me when I wasn’t even complaining or blaming her of anything . I explained to her after her rudeness that the only item that needed to be refunded was the gallon of milk not the whole transaction I am not sure what her issue was but I’ve been in retail for awhile and I have not once acted with a tantrum fit with any of my customers. Hope someone in management explains to her that this behavior very unprofessional.

Like that they still got bulk bundle for reasonable price case Vienna sausage 12. Spam packaged of 6 for 22. Also love the case of large eggs for 41 dollars with 150 count.

Been going here since they opened and love the store but today we had a very forgettable experience. It was busy and there were two female employees who ignored the only busy aisle avaiable but eventually opened up and then became belligerent with customers when asked politely if their lane was "open" . This has been an issue at this store before..

Horrible not only customer service but just plain out rude black lady with a red vest on. I walked in with my gf to purchase things to make iced coffee at home like the syrups and other things. I need to use the restroom first so I ask the first employee I see where the restrooms are ... she doesn't even look at me and just points in a direction and says nothing... at all. Very rude vibes and she just seemed like a miserable woman. Her name is Elisha or something like that according to another employee. Please be nicer to people

Open early. Well laid out. Nice wide aisles. Friendly staff. Impressive variety from produce to liquor. Some of the features I most enjoy about the big box stores with better hours. I am a habitual comparison shopper though, and prices could've been more competitive, which was the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5.
