This is not the best burger I've ever had - but it is a REALLY GOOD BURGER! Top 3 for sure. The service is lovely. Small business and the team very much wants you to feel special. I will definitely be back soon.

If I could take the restaurant home, I would. I've slowly stepped out of my comfort zone and tried different menu items from the chicken salad to the sandwiches (hot or cold options available), and each visit leave full and ready take a nap. They have a section that sells cuts of meats, wine, and also side dishes (love the pasta salad). The staff are nice and the atmosphere is just overall welcoming once you step foot in the building. If you are looking for a dining experience your friends,coworkers, or even family will enjoy, Smiley Brothers is a must visit.

Kindest people ever! We felt genuinely welcomed and cared about the entire time.
They had little baskets of toys for small children at some tables and that was honestly so great to see, my son loved them.
We didn’t wait long for our food & it was fresh, hot and delicious! The lettuce and tomatoes were crisp & that was huge for me. I hate getting a burger with soggy lettuce & tomatoes.
They also had wine, cheeses, sauces, cheesecake & so many local buy options right in there too. We will definitely be back!

Delightful selection of lunch sandwiches and beverages. The food was hot and perfectly made, with lots of selections and a comfortable seating area. Will stop by once back in the area for another sandwich.

One of the best hamburgers in the Birmingham area. The fries are good too. The chocolate chip cookie was incredible, the cookie was soft and the chocolate was melty.

If you have not tried this place, you need to! I’m here to tell you that what I had was amazing! I tried the warm Italian sandwich and did it ever hit the spot for a late lunch/early dinner. The size was perfect and by far the best sandwich I’ve had in quite some time. Highly recommend trying it out. The staff was very eager to assist and made my wait a very pleasant one.

I typically do not write bad reviews but I ordered the Southern Deli Bowl through DoorDash and was highly disappointed. I’ve eaten here before and the food is typically pretty good.
This was something that I felt would have been outstanding since Ive not really had a bad meal there. The pasta was very dry and the chicken salad had a taste of Mayonnaise and unseasoned chicken. The pimento cheese was okay. I have provided a what I ordered vs what I got.
Now I truly do not expect it to look like the photo but I’m just not sure.

Fantastic! Gorgeous facility with great ambiance, friendly service and the food was perfectly delicious. I had an Italian sandwich and I could tell that it was made with quality ingredients. The pimiento cheese was delicious as well. And you can purchase a bottle of wine to drink with your lunch, which is a plus. Highly recommend!
