I visited farm with my son. It was the end of blueberries season so I couldn't pick lots of blueberries but they were good and my son liked it. Nobody was there. You weight blueberries and pay by weight. Just leave money in locked box.

Took about 35 min drive from Birmingham w/ o traffic . Mr. Maxwell met us and gave us information on where was best to pick at the moment. This is early June and tons of blueberries . There were really not many black berries but they're coming late June -July . Mr. Maxwell was very kind and helpful.

Went today to pick some fresh blueberries! The trees were plentiful filled with ripe blueberries and plenty more sprouting out. I brought my own container just in case, then I went to the wood barn and weighed my bucket of berries. At just $2 a lb, it was a decent price for fresh from the farm. The lady who was attending the barn was very friendly and pleasant. I would recommend this farm to family and friends! I will also be returning here again next year.

We had the best time today picking blueberries at Smith’s. The grounds were clean and the property is just beautiful. We were lucky to have a chance to chat with Robin and she gave us some great tips. We got there late afternoon and there are plenty of ripe berries to pick. Only $2 per pound. They had gorgeous tomatoes for sale also. We came home with 4 pounds which equaled to 14 cups of blueberries for only $8!!

This is a great place to pick blueberries. They have nice tall bushes with big berries. We paid $3/pound. They only accept cash or check. The hours are 7:00-7:00 for blueberry picking. They have blackberry picking Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday 7:00-12:00. There is a clean port a potty.

Nice little self pick for blueberries. Works on the honor system. Bushes are well cared. The amount of blueberries is subject to weather and how many people were there first, but we had no problem filling 2 buckets on. Sunday afternoon. Not far from Chelsea, just off 280. Easy to get to.
