Omg the food was awesome and amazing. The music and the entire vibe was great 👍. I will definitely come back, but it is a little pricey, so bring your wallet.

Oh my! I pass this place every week. I've had their lunch but never had the breakfast until last week!!!! The breakfast took me back to when my granny used to cook for us on the weekend. Everything was delicious. I don't even eat eggs but they were soo good and pretty I eat them. Oh ! Idk what kind of smoke sausage that was but it was great. I pulled over to the side of the road and ate lol I couldn't wait. I'll be in town tomorrow and I'll be making my way over there.

Great meat and three restaurant! Very reasonably priced! The fried green tomatoes were great! The fried fish was very good. I also had the squish casserole and it was very good! For dessert, it was hard to decide between the peach cobbler and the banana pudding. I finally got the peach cobbler and it was very good! They had a great selection of meats and vegetables. Bread was included. The total price for two of us was $25, without the tip.

I haven't been there in a long time. Great selection of food. Everything tasted great. I had fried fish ,dressing and fried green tomatoes. Servers and waitress were very friendly.

This is a great place to go when you’re hungry. Cafeteria style lunch. Big variety, great service, and it’s fast. Entrees, vegetables, pies, cornbread & rolls. This is your classic meat & three, with lots of hard working people there. This place has been around since 1960 so it’s not new and shiny, but it’s clean. Lots of working men, truck drivers and retired couples eat there, and all nice respectful people.

The Smoke House is your classic 'Meat and three' vegetables place and it's my go-to. I think they generally have 10 to 15 meats and countless vegetables to choose from everyday. Everything from the meats, the vegetables, the desserts, the service, it's all excellent. I believe it is a family-run business, and you are always treated like you're someone. You won't find many places in Birmingham that are better, if any. I love this place, probably too much. Located conveniently in front of the Farmers Market. (I always make it a point to pick up some fresh fruits and vegetables while I am in the neighborhood.)
