Bought a NEW 1CXT almost 2 months ago and it's been inoperable almost the whole time.

Broken hydraulic hose, then overheating.

This is so frustrating, I'm losing money every day and JCB hasn't even given me a loaner. The manager was setting up a loaner on Friday then went MIA and didn't return calls or texts , and didn't show up after I waited all day for the loaner machine. Meanwhile all my project delays are costing me valuable time and money

Worst experience, does JCB even care? Doesn't seem like it.
