This is our new favorite breakfast place. There are a number of breakfast places around but this one stands Head and shoulders above the rest. It's not much to look at on the outside but it has character on the inside. This is a Mom and pop style eatery. I would suggest getting the strawberry cream cheese, French toast or any of the pancakes. You will be very happy with those choices. They are open for dinner on Fridays. It's worth going online and checking out their menu. We have been very impressed with the quality of the servers during our meals at soco's.

It was our first visit to Socos & we were pleasantly surprised. It is a small restaurant, but the food and service were excellent. We had a group of four & one of our party had to send their blackened grouper sandwich back. It was so chewy that it couldn't even be cut with a knife. The waitress was so nice and brought out another grouper sandwich that was perfect and deducted it from our bill. Those kind of things happen occasionally & because of the way it was handled and the rest of our food being way above average, we definitely will be returning. The desserts are phenomenal & we heard the chef does "specials" on Fridays, but it is reservations only. It's definitely worth trying this restaurant, you will never meet a nicer family who run the restaurant. Highly recommend.

I just had lunch with my son and I had to shake the hand of the chef who prepared the food. Hands down best place to eat in citrus county. Their menu offers a variety of tasty home made farm fresh recipes. Cooked to perfection and plated with love. Some thing different and delicious. If you haven't been you must try.

We had the special of the day, a grouper cheeks basket, & okra appetizer. It's a simple, small place, but it's reasonable, delicious, and most importantly fresh👍! Cathy, the owner, introduced herself and brought the sunshine! 🌞

First time visiting this wonderful local restaurant. Will definitely return! Food was absolutely delicious, reasonable, and huge portions. Miss Sally was amazing and made us truly feel welcomed. The chef's presentation and attention to detail was definitely five star!
Just a little off of US 19, but well worth the stop. Just make sure to check the hours.

This place has it all. It’s a quaint clean restaurant, the service is quick & efficient, the owners are hard-working & friendly, and the food is delicious & reasonably priced. We’ve been to Socos House of Eats three times since they recently opened and each time the food has been absolutely perfect and with nice size portions. The salad is fresh and the meat and chicken is prepared as requested and oh so flavorful. A recent lunch we both ordered the Philly Cheese Steak sandwich made with shaved rib eye and it’s hands-down the best steak sandwich you’ll find in Citrus County and the surrounding area! Highly recommend you give this new gem a try!!
