Try too hard to make it like an Apple Store which is counter productive to efficiency. Need real capable front desk who can communicate clearly with customers and work out orders. Tried buying 12 yards of worm casting and 12 yard of compost, got a quote late afternoon with shipping that they assured would go to my property. Went up to pay the following morning got their first thing was told there’s no more compost and wouldn’t be anymore coming. Maybe would have been good to bring up yesterday afternoon? So then they can’t coordinate XPO to pick up what they dropped the ball on from another supplier I would purchase and pay extra freight costs on… nope. So I call XPO to do it myself… turns out they don’t service my area and that they would have refused the site delivery, brought it back to their lot until I figured out how to get it. Took all day to figure out that even if the compost was there delivery driver couldn’t do what lady working counter said they could do. So got all my amendments at bayside for a fraction and way better compost and castings delivered for a better price. Moral of the story… a lot better options out there if you don’t need some dude to tell you how to grow

Honestly one of the best businesses to work with in the cannabis cultivation space. From custom blended soil amendments, nutrients and proprietary foliar sprays to fully built out fertigation rooms. They do it all. Also extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff along with some of the best prices you’ll find in the country.
