There was no wait when we arrived, and we were able to sit pretty much anywhere we wanted. The menu was simple, so picking out a dish was fast. It's more of a self-serve kind of place. They do bring your food to the table, and the portions were decent, and food tasty. The atmosphere was more of a sports bar for indoor dining versus outside. It's like two different vibes, which I think works out to cater to different preferences. Overall it's a good place to dine.

We had an amazing time at Solving Brewing Company! The food was absolutely delicious, and the beer was crisp and refreshing. Absolutely wonderful experience. For a couple of years I traveled from the east coast to Lompoc frequently and I would never make the trip without a stop for some wonderful BBQ.

Great craft beer, the atmosphere is amazing, the service is fantastic.

This is my go to restaurant every time I'm in town. Love the atmosphere it provides, especially with the outdoor sitting. Food is always delicious, big portions for the price. I highly recommend the burgers and the fish and chips. They nicely accompany any beer pairing. Service is always fairly quick even if there's a line. My only issue I currently have is that the outside furniture is showing lots of wear. Otherwise, it's a great place to eat if you are visiting.

We had some really good bloody Marys here. They make their own mix. There were also several breakfast options, including chicken and waffles.. The pancake house down the road was packed. I'd suggest coming here instead. It's much easier to get seating and Bloody Mary's. They have a pool table and a cozy fireplace. Much more relaxing.

Great experience at Solvang Brewing Company! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was excellent. I had the chicken street tacos, which were delicious and packed with flavor. The rest of the food we tried was also very good. I’d definitely come back again!

This restaurant catches anyone's attention driving in to Solvang. We visited on a weekday and the town was a bit sleepy but Solvang Brewing Company kept it cheery with all the lights and warmers outside.

We had a few draft beers. Im not a fan of beer but our server was very nice, gave us recommendations and explained a few things about the beers. We tried their sausage sampler and it was perfect with the beers. I highly recommend the arugula salad and pretzels.

We loved this place, it is kids friendly, they also have space for kiddos to play, the food is soo delicious we tried different things. I live in LA and hope to go back soon to enjoy their delicious Western Burger and their Carnitas Nachos.
