I changed the score based on my post-project experience. To me, what is important is the service after the project was done, how they own up to the problems and resolve them. This company is weak in this category. I do have some issues with the drip irrigation that they installed and my grass is dying because the sprinklers were removed by them. I let them know and they told me to have my gardeners take care of those issues instead. I am somewhat disappointed.
