First I want to thank every business/individual that has helped the community during this historical hurricane disaster. Russell county has been a great help to the people. Shame on you Southern States for not helping your local community. I went in yesterday looking for 100% pure gas for the generator to save my meat in my freezer. I was turned away because I am not a “card” holder. Really? During this time of need? However before I was turned away the lady went in the back office and discussed it with someone. So apparently there is the option to buy the pure gas depending on who you are and the decision was made locally to turn me away. I just wasn’t the right person. That’s ok though. I went to Russell Oil in honaker and bought my gas without a “card” and the lady was so nice. From now on I can get my propane in the winter at ace hardware and I can get my gardening supplies at rural king. So after I thought about it and know you don’t need me as a customer, I don’t need you either!

Great place to deliver to. A little tight getting onto road but not bad. This is driver assist unload with pallet jack push to end of trailer. Unload from middle of road. Staff very professional and efficient. Very helpful. No overnight parking. After unload there is place to turn around at end of road.

Had to return a item I had purchased from a previous visit. Their were 2 young ladies that helped me. 1 was a manager and the other girl worked tbe register, both were extremely helpful and very sweet. In and out in less then 5 min.

Went in to look at some stihl products and got watched like a hawk by the employee the entire time. Not sure why as I was actually there to buy something but after getting that vibe that they're judging you or acting as if you're a thief I won't be back. Maybe ask if the customer needs help rather than just stare at them constantly and mumble to another employee under your breath.
