Over time this has become my primary location for coffee and on-the-go food, as the orders are correct every time and the service is always phenomenal. When I need coffee, I actively plan my route around this location as other ones have been less reliable.

Highly recommend for service, order reliability and good quality coffee.

This location has no merch. If you're wanting any "been there" series mugs. Travel further south into Monterey or Carmel.
In addition, it's a very busy drive thru as it sits at a busy corner near McDonald's and Embassy Suites.

It's a good stop if you just want to get off and back on the freeway in either direction.

Customer service is excellent at this location. The employees are quick to acknowledge and greet their customers. My order was made promptly and was exactly as it should be. This Starbucks is also a convenient location to visit when one is in the Seaside and Monterey area.

I like this Starbucks and their employees are pretty awesome. Ariel hooked it up for my freebie bornday coffee, making it extra special for me. When she I was figuring out what to make me oh, I actually thought it might be too sweet but it was absolutely delicious. Thank you Ariel and the rest of the crew for the birthday wishes and smiles to start off my day along with this tasty beverage. This is the nicest start to my birthday away from home and I appreciate it. If I come back to the area, I will definitely stop in🎂😁🤩🥳

Great store in a perfect spot, that looks really peaceful in a sunset, makes the beverage moment even the more better for coffee heads. Also being in Monterey area, it's a great setting before taking off for SF. Great store on the inside & good customer service

during rush hour this becomes a very busy location with a badly designed drive thru when the line gets long. The staff is friendly and the coffee is good. Unfortunately vagrants like to hang around outside and on one occasion a friend and I had to force one out who came in screaming nonsense at the employees.

Took our drink order wrong. Gave us chai which we are allergic to and then had attitude like it was our fault. Go elsewhere folks!!
