I met my wife over a year ago for our first date in Stephens City. After we ate I brought her here. We revisited with our middle son for Valentine's Day. Such a peaceful place with lots of room to walk in open spaces with amazing views surrounding.

This place is beautiful. We visited during the fall to see the ginkgo trees. It was busy but still we were able to enjoy it. There is much more to explore, so we hope to visit again. This Arboretum is free and pet friendly, and it provides parking.

Unique place to come for a walk and enjoy seeing all the different varieties of trees and trails from conifers to ginkos and magnolias to bamboo. There are several trails to walk through, and you can easily spend 2-3 hours seeing the grounds.
There's a self-guided audio tour you can access with a QR code to help you walk through as well as maps that can be found in the parking lot across the street from the herb garden.

Gorgeous, peaceful place and a good excursion for well behaved leashed dogs. Very busy on the weekends, at least in spring and fall. Nice little walking trails and a pastoral setting. Didn't go to the ginkos walk because there were so many people there, but even without that the rest of the place is worth a visit!

Very relaxing outdoor environment. Great for meditation walks, birds watching, slow driving around.

This was a nice place with a good driving road around the property. The herb garden was pretty nice. I anticipated seeing more flowers in bloom but saw very little flowers in bloom. This would be a great place to go for a peaceful walk. The bamboo forest is pretty cool. If you have some time and are in the area it's not a bad place to stop. They also had some plants for sale.
