Really nice to work with. From Cindy in the office who helped pick out the railing to Dennis who removed my old wooden one and installed the new vinyl one. Removed and replaced the pavers for the posts and it looks like it has been there forever. Very pleased with the results.

I've been purchasing windows from the folks at Suburban Building products for nearly 20 years. I first discovered them when I moved in to the area, and realized what a great little company they were to deal with.

Vinny and the guys (and the customer service ladies) are all a great group to work with, and they're always willing to help with even the unusual situations which I come across.

Their windows are the best vinyl windows around, made with quality materials and hardware that last for years, and years after installation. I've had zero callbacks on any of the hundreds of windows I've installed, other than a rare broken window from a local kid playing baseball that hit one into the glass. It is extremely important to me to be able to provide a high quality product to my customers, as I don't want to be replacing my work over again because of a manufacturing, or poor quality issue.

With their windows, Suburban offers me plenty of options, such as low E, Argon, standard or even tempered glass. When I install in bathrooms near showers, or adjacent to door systems, they always provide me with the code compliant windows I require. I've ordered many special sizing patio doors and windows, and there is never a problem fulfilling my specific needs. Shortened patio doors, strange size windows, custom sized replacement storm doors, and even plastic fencing. They do it all. I've bought it all from them, and I've never been dissatisfied with anything.

Suburban Building Products is the ONLY place I use when I need a high quality, long lasting replacement window, vinyl patio doors, aluminum storm doors, fencing products, guardrails and handrails at a great price.

HORRIBLE experience. Great at start. Wasn't a big job or fancy request. NEVER a returned phone call or follow up. After months don't have what I wanted or acceptable alternative...with no effort to find one. VERY disappointed. Sorry, usually only rate if good but they weren't.

We've had very good luck with Suburban building products with the PVC fencing ,bothe 3' picket and 6' Solid for our house.The differance of their fence with solid joints and the homecenters Bolt together is well worth the cleaner look.Take Pride where you live.
