I've been shopping with Succulents Box for a little over a year now. There have been some issues, which is normal for cross country plant shipping. What made Succulents Box stand out is there dedication to quality customer support. Their team was both empathetic and efficient in helping me through a recent issue.

My plants got stuck in a sudden snowstorm in the midwest during shipping and were frozen, they were dead on arrival and Succulents Box was happy to work with me to arrange for replacement plants with expedited shipping. This level of support is unexpected, and so welcome. It makes them stand out and because of their support, they are my #1 place to shop for plants online.

The plants may have a few issues in shipping, but overall they are of good quality and the soil seems to be high quality as well.

To date I’ve placed two separate orders with succulent box.

My first order was a request for five air plants. I made the selection for bulk air plants at random and made a special request, fully understanding that the listing said that it was random. The team took the time to see my note, highlighted, and send me a variety of plants. In today’s day and age, I have to say how impressed I was that the team took time to not only read my note, acknowledge it and fulfill my request.

My second order was for variety of house plants. I can’t say enough, good things about the quality of Plants and the care which they are packaged.

Succulent box is truly a double edge sword. They have a great variety of plants that are healthy. The downside is they make it too easy for me to search and purchase. My wife is going to kill me. Thank you!

I’ve ordered from Succulent Box a few times. The plants have arrived quickly, well packed, and in healthy condition. I’ve never been disappointed by SB. My latest purchase was a Kalanchoe with red flowers. It’s gorgeous! I highly recommend Succulent Box,and I know I’ll be ordering from them again.

Received my box from Succulents Box. It was packed so well. I tried my best not to damage any of my plants while unpacking. I was so excited to open each individual plant. They even sent me a rather large free plant with my order. It was better than Christmas! They were all so beautiful. Especially the bigger plant I ordered, it was magnificent.
