This place only appointment 30mintes u can check in .donot waste ur time to go early this facility.back up on dock little hard because of trailer door are opened during backup all trailer on dock no space between trailer more chance hit ur trailer door so if need help take help donot try to get damaged ur trailer door. Check in only call by ur phone .door 41 is ok for back up .almost took 2.5 hour for loading.1 star because of u tight property and risky spot keep clean and easy for trucker to back up without any risk .keep safe in ur property who coming pickup or unloading there

Takes too long to get loaded. Arrived at 12pm for a pick up appointment. Delivery is for 5am in Phoenix. Its 8pm and theyre still noy done loading. I guess they expect you to drive through the night. If I even have enough hours after this fiasco. This place has no respect for drivers time.

They will check in u only 30-15 minutes early from ur appointment time .without appointment no load and unload .only check in by phone call no on the door .but good luck everyone if she answer u first ring or call other wise dial couple time for check in.lady is very aggressive if call again and again .wait ur appointment time .this place dock are tight back up from the road .not good place to pick load negative-1star if I could able to give this place .

Overall Good experience. Had appointment at 8am checked in at 7:30 am at the back of the building on Peachtree street beside dock 42 there is a phone number to call and check in. Got dock right away from 17 to 26. Docks are really tight. Be careful while backing in. Out by 9:45 am. Good people.

Ok first timers let me share my experience going there for first time.
At first you will arrive at 6090 slauson however you will have to drive around the facility to check-in at the back of the building located at 6101 Peachtree. There's a phone number to check in located right next to the Security Station. Once you complete the check in process everything goes smooth. While there a few driver's were checking-in/out. Also not all driver's have the same size of loads so please don't get upset if you see someone else check in after you and leave before you. Please do be that person. Other then not having restrooms i didn't experience no issues very friendly staff during the morning.

Only appointment docks crazy careful to back your truck

They are very strict for appointments if you are picking up and will make you sit all day even if you are the only truck. You have to call to check in and they may or may not answer, aftr several redials when they do will give off a very bad attitude. Once they load you, will make you sit an extra hour for paperwork while you are sweating in your truck and worrying abt getting home thru LA traffic ?i would avoid picking up here

This one is the worst place for pickup.took more then 5hrs to loading.no restrooms.good luck....
