I was in the area and decided to give this deli shop a try. I went for a whole Italian it came out to $12.53. The lady taking my order was very pleasant l. Surprisingly the sub came out pretty quick less than 5 minutes after I ordered it no exaggeration. There is ample parking and they have literally every chip and drink you can think of to go along with your sandwich. The lettuce, tomatoes, and onions etc were very fresh. I would give a try again when in the area I would recommend to give it a try.

Ordered 3 sandwiches for lunch today. One was totally wrong, they redelivered after trying to charge again for their error. The Veg lover was drenched in pesto goo.
Mine was a turkey sub - if that turkey was Boar's Head, they need to talk to their rep - cheese was missing, and triple onions, way too much mayo.
The chicken salad sub was good. Sugar Hill you have fallen way off your game.
Keep driving by..... I'm a local and know what used to be. I threw my turkey sub away.

This was my first time getting a hoagie from this place. I have to say. I was extremely happy with the food. It was very flavorful and very well made. The staff was absolutely fantastic. The whole store reminded me of the general stores I grew up with as a kid. I don't get into this area very often but I will make a point to get here more. I can't wait to try more of the offerings from this amazing deli. If you're in the area or just looking for one of the best hoagie places around. Definitely go check this place out. You will not be disappointed. I picked the Italian Stallion this trip. Also, spend the extra .50 and get the crushed pepper spread. If you like spice. It only makes the whole thing better.

I have to share what an amazing experience I had with Sugar Hill! We had a family situation going on, and everyone was stressed that no one was really eating. I needed to get something for everyone fast, so I called Sugar Hill at 10:00 AM to order a sub tray. I never normally make last-minute orders, but I was really in a pinch. To my surprise, they had the tray ready for me within the hour! The service was incredibly accommodating, and the sub tray was a hit with everyone. I’m so grateful for their help during a tough time. Highly recommend Sugar Hill—excellent food and outstanding service!

Stopped here after visiting the funny farm. Nice little spot in the cut. It was packed with people, & it seemed to be the hot spot. I had ordered a plain cheesesteak, & an Italian hoagie. Cheesesteak was good, but I guess different places define what Italian hoagies are. Seems like they used chopped ham & coteghino. To me Italians are used with genoa salami & cappicola, & prosciutto if you're feeling fancy. Other than that it seems to be a very popular place.

This was always my favorite sub shop, but I was very disappointed this time. The meats taste completely different. All four of us thought the same thing. I even asked about it and was told everything was the same. Hmmmm. Not true. They better get thier Italian subs as good as they used to be, or we will be going elsewhere. Update, tried again...cheesesteak was yum, Italian subs, horrible. Went to sac o subs..much better, filled with good lunch meat.

I have always enjoyed these subs. So much so that I ordered 2 trays for my daughter’s 3rd birthday party on 3/15. I called in on 3/9 to place the order ahead of time specifically stating I wanted all the subs to have oil/vinegar and no mayo as my daughter has a severe egg allergy. You can imagine how upset I was to find that there was mayo on multiple subs including one I fed my daughter without seeing (luckily she did not eat it that day). I called the day after the party to let them know how disappointed I was as I paid $248 + $10 tip. The lady I spoke to said they would get to the bottom of who took the order and that she would alert the owner and someone would get back to me. No one called me back and I’m truly disappointed that such a huge mistake took place and my daughter was unable to enjoy most of the leftovers. I wasn’t going to leave a negative review but the fact that I was told someone else was going to call me back and no one has made me feel like the owner did not care. Unfortunately, we will not be eating her again as they do not take food allergies seriously.

Have been coming here for years and have loved it just about every single time, but tonight was an absolute disappointment. Ordered a whole Italian sub ($20) and drove home to find this "sub" it had 1 piece of ham, capocola, salami and all that I could taste was bread. Plenty of good options that put meat on their sandwiches. Such a shame to have to check this place off the list. I get shrinkflation but damn....
