My experience with Superior supplement has been a complete display of unprofessionalism and disregard. I contacted Superior about a custom supplement and spoke to a representative, who seemed initially excited and informative of creating my supplement. He told me it would be 5-10 business days till I recieve a quotation.

I waited and followed up throughout August repeatedly for the quote to move forward and I was given the run around, never receiving direct answers or information regarding my quotation and progress.

A whole month had passed until I contacted them again where I was assigned another random representative who claimed to be able to quote me immediately which seemed very unusual. Then After them reaching out to me with a quote I was directed to use a whole different company?

What I will say is that the Superior manufacturing representative I spoke to was really helpful and seemed passionate about the work and was responsive, this was highly unprofessional and this is a warning to all serious business owners who are seeking reliable partnerships. I suggest you use your valuable time to look elsewhere.

Worst experience ever spoke to a man named Sam and we set and appt for Wednesday he emailed me to reschedule for Thursday. Our appointment time came and he was late so I emailed him and no response. Clearly this place doesn’t need business. Don’t waste your time with this place.

Working with Phil was such a pleasure. Looking back, I had a lot of questions and saw that our first email chain was over 30 emails long. His customer service was great and he continued to provide updates throughout production, shoutout to Stephenie from the graphic design department too for working through an issue with me. It also helped that their price and minimum order quantity was competitive to the 4 other quotes I received. Looking forward to doing business with them again.

I had a very bad experience with this company that cost me three months and almost tanked my startup before it got off the ground. They talk a good game, but be careful. I was able to get my deposit back easily, so things could have been way worse. Always trust how your dots connect, though! I was able to find a trustworthy manufacturer to produce my custom formulations to spec and at a way better price per unit than Superior—especially the adjusted pricing they came back with two months after the purchase orders were signed and deposit wired. Not fun.

Their R&D team was able to reverse engineer my existing line and even worked to make improvements to the efficacy of one of our top sellers.
