I was happy coming here but now that the mean lady with her walkie talkie from some foreign country who is as warm as a cold fish has declared you must have mail with the date on it is really ridiculous I showed my driversi license and mail and even that wasn't good enough and once I was made to go home because they said I was at another food bank the day before.hello I'm unemployed and no food stamps! And I'm 61 years old. You need to replace e the mean lady with somebody that is not so mean and miserable.

The best food bank in aj in my opinion they don't give you stuff you won't use and they base the food off of who's in the house it's amazing

I got to say. Today was the worst you have ever done. Expiration dates over a week out on bakery items. A chicken that was precooked was a week old also. I know you can do better for the community then what was received today. One last thing, if you are not happy with volunteering please find something else to do. Some very unhappy people working today. Really Sad. God Bless.

Super grateful for this place, however it sucks that I used my last time for the month because. Everything they gave me was expired by more than 2 weeks some even months past exp date. The only thing not past exp date was peanut butter. Sooo yea not sure what to do.

Most of the workers were nice. The lady that I’m assuming is the manager (tall skinny blonde lady with an accent) was extremely rude. I tried to asker her a question and she ignored me at first and then gave me a really rude response.

The people that run the food bank, as well as all the volunteers, are wonderful. The last day of the month is pretty busy, but it just goes to show how hard things are for everyone right now. Also, they give out more food than I was expecting, and quite a variety.
Thank you so much, Superstition Community Food Bank, you have definitely been a blessing to us in this time.

The staff is very kind, but they seem to be misinformed. Today was the second time my boyfriend and I have gone in, so we pulled into the driveway in the back instead of the front.
There was a sign that said your trunk had to be emptied before they gave you food- we were told that it could go in the back seat if we requested. We moved everything into my back seat; when we got to the front of the line, the volunteers asked us if we wanted it in the trunk or in the back of the car.

Our first time going, we had to toss our raspberries and the steak we wanted to make last night was GREY.

This time, we had to throw away our milk, 1/4 of our produce, and ALL of our meat (freezerburnt, grey, or up to two months expired). We checked through all of the best by dates. They need to have people looking at the expiration dates and checking for mold on their produce before it is handed out.
