From the first bite, I knew I had stumbled upon something special. The smoky aroma alone was enough to reel me in, but the flavor sealed the deal. Their beef brisket sandwich was outstanding. Not only is the food unbeatable, but the guy on the truck is incredibly friendly and clearly passionate about what he does. If you see the Sweet Meats Butcher Shop food truck in your area, RUN, don’t walk. This is BBQ at its absolute finest. Highly recommend—I'll be chasing this truck wherever we are in town.

This place is absolutely amazing. Old school butcher shop with Grade A meats. Fresh. No chemicals, preservatives or steroids. They have 38 flavors of their own made in house sausage. Delicious. Also selling straight Talo. They have much more and is definitely worth the trip to High Springs.

This place is great! The staff are super friendly and they have a great selection of products. I was happy to see Malcom Reed's products there (long time fan). Do not sleep on their sausages! All of them have been amazing, especially the cheesesteak and jalapeno cheddar sausages. The prepared food specials they run have all been excellent. The corned beef they did during St. Patrick's day was really good and the smoked turkey legs were even better than the ones at Disney World. The owner is super helpful and even gave me some great tips for upping my smoked chicken game.

Picked up a top sirloin yesterday, 12.99 a pound and although it’s a cheaper cut it’s one of the best top sirloins I’ve ever had. They have a cold case with a bunch of delicious desserts, and I grabbed some of their baked beans and a broccoli salad that is incredible. They had big baking potatoes that were great too. Highly recommend, great quality here and not for a ton more than I’d have paid at most grocery stores either, it’s worth it.

The quality of sausage is amazing. 20+ flavors and an extremely fair price. Bacon is thick and tastes amazing. A nice shop in the area for decently priced meats and beyond.

Saw your post and drove straight to your shop.
First time customers. Slab a Ribs, pound each of brisket & pork with sides of mac & cheese, potato salad, street corn salad, baked beans and a bottle of sweet bbq sauce! Lip smacking deelicious I’m telling ya!! The meat counter was absolutely amazing and I can’t wait to come back to buy some meat to cook myself. And while waiting to pay I couldn’t help but spend some time on the sauce aisle. I settled on a bottle of Heath Riles Sweet BBQ Sauce it was so good. We’ll definitely be back. Thank You!!

I have now tried their Chicken Quarters, St. Louis rib rack, and pork belly burnt ends. All of it was delicious. They’ve got some killer sides like the Mexican corn salad and their baked beans. I also picked up their Cajun seasoned, bacon wrapped, pork loin and it was the best pork loin I’ve ever had. Prices are on par with Publix, but the food is much better.
