We arrived here at 7:30 for 745am appointment. We don’t get called for a door till 9:30am it’s now 11:10am and they still have not begun to unload -so while my trailer sits at the dock With its doors open at -10° while it’s 93 Degrees outside today just burning through reefer fuel, throwing money out the window. I thought it was gonna be pretty quick considering there’s are so lil trucks here today but boy was I wrong - this makes no sense - if you come here be prepared to wait and waste fuel- I personally wouldn’t recommend it steer clear

First time here- slept on the street overnight and wasn’t bothered once, nor did anyone break my seal or padlock. Checked in at 08:00 for an 08:30 appointment, was instantly given a door and unloaded completely by 9:15. Very nice people working here too.

The staff is amazing, and the guard shack is very nice. The receiving office is part of Capstone and also quite pleasant. It’s an easy in-and-out process. My appointment was at 7:00 am; I checked in at 6:20 am, and by 7:20 am, I was unloaded and on my way. They keep your paperwork in the back of the trailer and call you when unloading is complete. The entrance is on 7th Street, and overnight parking is available on both sides of the street.

Arrived 4 hours be4 our appointment time, there is plenty of parking on the street next to stadiums. Drive to guard shack, open doors and they will check the temperature and assign a dock to you. Plenty of room to maneuver and back into docks. Take paperwork to receiving office. Security will call when finished unloading and office will text lumper information. Indoors restroom and snack machines. Guards and staff very respectful and helpful. In/out 40 minutes, paid lumper fee of $450! I'll come back to this place anytime.

Never park outside this Sysco building at night. We just watched 4 black sedan
/suvs organized crime vehicles block off open and steal boxes of products from a sitting truck driver who was waiting on his delivery. We would have stayed if not for the organized crime sinerio happening live right in front of us. This Sysco needs to offer secured parking inside when waiting for truck deliveries. "This is a trucker target location for organized gang/theft activity."They will empty and unload your truck in a few minutes. I saw a total of 4 black vehicles with the lights off target around the block multiple times and then raid a sitting company trailer of his food delivery load. He was parked right in front of the security guard shack entrance. This is a dangerous and difficult delivery location. Stay alert and watch your load when near this place. We had to move to a safer location for the night.

Parked overnight in the street.Walk to check in to the guards shack. Wait for the call and back into door and unhook you tractor and come out and park.
Wait for the lumpers fee,pay and wait for the call to go inside for the trailer.
Paperwork will be stick on the back of your trailer.
Overall 2.5hrs after backing to the dock.

Arrived here @8pm for 0600 appointment and I was told that I can park my truck on the highway along the fence for the night next to the main gate . It looks like a nice place here but i dont think its that safe, the white toyota corolla came few minutes after i parked my truck and they parked hiding behind my trailer and another truck driver came to let me know about the car behind my trailer and I asked him to pull his truck forward and thats how they moved the car from behind my trailer and parked to the front of my truck and when i put high beam lights on , they knew that I was alert and they left. . Let's be vigilant .... Am not accusing anyone here for anything but the funny movements.. 😄

Commercial drivers speeding on residential roads with no control of their trucks is completely disgraceful. Our community is fortunate that no one was coming when the driver of truck #271523 lost control of their truck while going into the opposing lane of traffic.
