I called and the woman I spoke to told me to send my orders to this super long email address so I could be scheduled for the mandatory briefing the following day. No one responded to me so I showed up at the building the following day. I was told by a woman named Lina (as she stormed out of the front door) that no one could help me and no one spoke to me the day before bc no one could remember talking with a person by my name. I showed her the email sent and the time and the ridiculously long email... Which I never could have magically guessed by myself. She still said I was mistaken and I'd have to come back another day. This is the epitome of "government workers in action." People like this should not be servicing our military service members, especially in such stressful times as PCS movements.

The Schofield finance inbrief team is very professional, and they make the inprocessing finance procedures as easy as a government process can be.

Dont wear a hat in this building or everyone loses their minds and thinks you're incapable of learning anything in the class you're forced to go to.
