Got appointment at 4 checked in they said wait there are 4 trucks ahead of you i said oh ok no problem. Again i go inside 8pm they said again there are 4 trucks ahead of you so i came back to my truck. Got unloaded at 12 am then i checked the trailer there was soil and potatoes approx one pallet they took whole 8 hours to clean that. it took total of 28 hours to complete the delivery time wasted.

Got here for my 1pm appointment. Checked in a hour early. Finally got a door at midnight and didn’t get finished loading until 3pm for 12 pallets. When I called to see how long it would be before I got a door I was 4th in line but every truck that got a door before me got to the facility after me. Only 5 doors open out of 20. Would not recommend this place

Worst company in america , there is one elephant and rat in the shipping office, both have 0 manners to talk a trucker their company sucks. Their service sucks employees always sleepy. They don’t want to work. My check in time is 8 AM and now it’s been more than 24 hours. I’m still waiting here. The big company came here. there’s one guy check in for a five trucks and they said they are behind you. They are very racist recommendation don’t come here even you got load for $10,000. Don’t come here.

In and out within 2 hours mind you I didn’t pick up a load here I delivered but unloading was fast just remember if you read this review to take a picture of your loaded weight. You will also need to take a picture of your empty weight once your unloaded once you do that make a U turn swing wide pay attention to the yellow posts so you won’t hit them. Oh and if your here early you can get unloaded a day early thats a huge plus my appointment was for a Saturday and i showed up around 6:20pm and got unloaded big thank you to the staff for quick work. The ladies in the office real nice and David the person who unloaded me quick and efficient thank you. Also the entrance is off of Malaga about 1/4 mile give or take… hope this helps

Arrived at my initial appointment time, only to find that my appointment had been set to the following day. I wasn't allowed to wait on-site, and had to turn around. Parked at the T/A in Arvin, 30 miles away.

Came back 1.5 hours before my appointment the following day, and was again rejected and told that I would only be allowed to check in 30 minutes before appointment. I saw trucks that were parked overnight, so I have no idea why I wasn't allowed access.

Even after all that, I was still #4 in line to be unloaded. But you can only check in 30 mins before appointment..? I don't see why that condition matters when I waited 5 hours to get a dock (air lift) and then another 3 to be fully unloaded. I spent all day here. I won't come back for any amount of money. Places like this don't deserve business.

In any case, definitely don't come here with a clean truck, as you'll need another wash after leaving. Dirt lot that is a mud pit in damp weather. Make sure to pull on scale when checking in, and call the posted # on the sign. Good luck.

Never ever will come here, waste of time and not worth it, i guess if you don't speak Spanish you will wait whatever it takes. The guy who is in charge to drop the trailer at the dump is a joke. I gave him the papers to get in lune and he never put me in. After 1hour i asked and the only word he knows,SORRY’ supposed to be the third one when i asked and yet my turn comes and he flashes the hand to his Mexican buddy to go ahead . Absolutely disgusting. Nobody speaks english , if they do , only they know what is it.

Horrible. Appointment was at 3pm. Checked in at 2:20pm. It’s now 2 am and nothing. Instructions on where to go is horrible. I parked out back where they unload loose potatoes and both ramps were operating. As I keep calling to see where I am in line they are lying and saying only one ramp is in use. I recommend nobody goes through these guys and they should not be open for business.

The worst place ever to deliver. Got here 3 hours early for my 12am appointment. Been here for 3 days! 😤😤😤😤 hopefully you pay detention for waste my time and my reload!!
