The Tesla dealership doesn't seem very interested in selling cars. I went in to look at several different models and non of the sales people were interested in helping. They were on their phones and busy talking. I looked over the cars myself and they are cheaply made and very ugly. The interior is terrible and the car seats aren't comfortable. Tesla in my opinion is an overpriced ugly EV car that I will never buy. I think I will stick with a reliable gas vehicle instead of one of these ugly things. Several people I know own Tesla's and have lots of problems.
Cheap quality car that is overpriced. I also ending up buying a new 2024 vehicle elsewhere.

I have a 2024 Model 3 with horrendous rattling noise from the rear deck. I've taken my car here multiple times to have it fixed and was informed there's absolutely nothing they can, or will do. I've gotten different answers each time I've went as well. I got some mickey mouse answer basically telling me how trash the build of the car is. They also recommended for me to take my car elsewhere, come out of pocket and have an audio place install noise dampening foam which will cost around $1k. I've always known Teslas were built pretty poorly, but to have a service tech tell me, then proceed to tell me there's nothing they can do and go get it fixed myself is both laughable and crazy. When my car was returned the clip was broken from my trunk liner. Of course, no fault of their own despite me telling them I found a plastic piece in my trunk and had no idea what it was from. Tesla has made millions of cars and still can't properly build their vehicles. It's quite disgusting that something so simple as a horrendous rattle from the rear deck can't be fixed by a multi billion dollar company. What a terrible, terrible experience and a waste of time. If it's such a "common problem" in the 2034 Model 3 LR why don't you guys FIX IT. It is not our responsibility to make up for Teslas incompetence of building their vehicles. That's literally the point of having a service center. To SERVICE the vehicles that Tesla poorly builds and sells to people.

Had a good experience working with Daniel C. at the Seaside dealership while evaluating which model 3 to purchase. Daniel and the team there were quite helpful in addressing all of my questions. Tesla on-line helped coordinate timing of my lease termination and purchasing the new car. All went well.

Tesla Service Review: Avoid This Location

I had a disappointing experience at this Tesla service center, and I would strongly recommend avoiding it and considering service in the Bay Area for better pricing and more thorough diagnostics.

Initially, I was quoted $400 to address a seatbelt error. However, I later received a text update stating that the cost had increased to $700 due to the need to replace several parts—without anyone even looking into the issue in detail.

Frustrated, I decided to investigate the problem myself. It turned out to be a simple issue: a loose wire caused by the seat’s back-and-forth movement, pinching the wire. No parts were needed, just a proper check and reconnection.

We have three Teslas and two Powerwalls at our home, and it's the exceptional customer service we receive after the purchase that keeps us coming back to Tesla. Recently, we had an issue with our heater, and Franco was there to assist us from the beginning. He not only scheduled a fix for the heater but also upgraded all our cameras to the latest generation that supports full self-driving. Franco was incredibly thorough, explaining every detail and ensuring we understood everything. He was fantastic to work with and took care of us throughout the entire process. It's people like Franco who provide this level of service that makes us loyal Tesla customers. Highly recommend!

OK people - My wife live in Healdsburg but were visiting Carmel for the day... My wife noticed a noise and I pulled over at 4pm on a Saturday and there was a nail in our tire. I called this location and spoke to Fernando. He said man if you can bring it in we are here until 5pm and I can take a look. We got there while our tire was losing pressure. He greeted me warmly and got to work so kindly. He told us to go chill out in the waiting area and he has it from here. 30 minutes later we were out of there with a fixed/patched tire and we had no issues on the 3 plus hour drive home.

First things first. That is amazing by Fernando and the service team at this location. So kind, so easy and just the best experience I have probably ever had with a car in my life. I cannot thank this group enough.

I will add we charged here while sipping on coffee in the waiting room and some snacks. It was clean and nice to chill out in while we waited. I just cannot thank Fernando and the team/service tech there enough. It made out day for sure! Thank you team!

Visiting the area when we had a warning to replace the 12V battery. Called at 12pm, apt at 1pm, out at 1:30pm. What more can I say. Damn perfect service.

Came to the Tesla Seaside Service Station for the “recall/fix” for the front seat safety restraint fault (no charge). It was going to take a while so they gave us a $100 Uber credit to go back home since they estimated it would be completed in 3Hrs. Instead we walked down to Pacific Grove and enjoyed the sunshine.
