Usually pretty good on arrival times you check in an hour early only before appointment time but plenty of parking so bring a lunch 😁

Long waiting here generally.
Checked in 7am. Out 11am.
They have a weighing scale, clean restrooms.
Better experience than last time, as we had to wait long hours.

I was not going to comment but now I could not stop myself to comment about them, last year 2023 came here couple of time and story was same and now this year 2024 sessions first pickup here, appointment was 4PM and reached 2pm and went to check in window for check in and they said come on 4pm and than went to 4pm for check in, and checked in and said that they would call, till 6pm waited for call and no call and than went to check in window and asked what’s going on about my pickup, they said produce is not ready yet and would call 10pm, really kidding, aff e Maria, if produce is not ready why you sell and making appointments and scheduling too early, missing professionalism in this company and its employees, finally got a call 10:07pm for a dock and loading started after 11pm and done at sharp 12:30AM now wait for call again for paper work, almost 11 hours for 1 pickup, oh my Gosh, come here with a lot of time, best of luck for rest drivers

My appointment time 10 pm and i got door 2
Am in morning. I think they plant seeds when you guys check in and once your product ready then they call you for door. They produce on of best fresh produce👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼.

3rd time in the last 4 months. This time we checked in 45 min early door immediately. Place was packed. Took 1.5 hours before started loading a whopping 3 skids (30 min).
Definitely an improvement. Don't know how backend works here but the attitude seemed a lot better all around. +2 star

Second time here. Both times have been less than stellar.
"standing appointments" are generally for big buyers so you know to pick the load, usually the carrier will call to move around the appointment.
Both times waiting around 4+ hours. Can't check in early.
Honestly I've stopped buying Taylor Farms produce up north bc of this and so has all my family and friends.
The saving grace is the gate personnel are fantastic and the washrooms have been immaculate.

0 Stars would be the correct rating. Appointments are only for show but I bet they would find a way to screw you for being late even if they aren't going to load you for another 10 hours.

It is mind blowing that there is absolutely 0 accountability for these places wasting drivers and companies time, fuel and money... If it's not going to be ready till the morning then ship it the next day, 6 hours either way isn't going to make it or break it...

Materials office during night doesn’t know how to read a phone number to a driver. Just spews none sense. So far, 2 hrs past appt time and no door, my 3rd pick up is in 3 hrs and my drop off is 2400 miles away, California has really bad logistics.
