What a cute place! We questioned if we were driving the right way when we pulled off the main road because it feels like you're driving into someone's private land. You have to drive down a driveway that opens into a large area marked with places to park.

The food truck is surrounded by beautiful flora, plenty of seating, and string lights. There's also a farm stand where you can buy some produce. It looks like there's other food trucks parked around the area, but none were open on a Tuesday around 5pm.

We ordered our food to go, and it took probably 15 minutes to make. My dad absolutely loved his cashew chicken—said it was his favorite meal of the trip. My green curry was good, but nothing special, and my mom really enjoyed her fried rice. We'll be back for sure!

We ordered four meals. 2 were awesome the cashew chicken and the mahi but we did order two orders of pad see ew which is our favorite. However one hardly had any sauce if any or flavor very dry. And the other absolutely none . Just plain noodles. Very odd . Both just tasted just like plain noodles. I don’t know if they forgot or what but we got it to go so didn’t know until we were across the island 😢

We enjoy this stop. We had the Mahi Mahi stir fry and tapioca coconut pudding. The food was fresh and tasted amazing after a long day. We enjoyed sitting in the open air under the trees with a cool breeze constantly blowing. Be sure to stop by Thai Farm Fresh. It’s a must stop!

After hiking twin falls we stopped by this gem of a place. We ordered Pad Thai and ginger mahi mahi.
Both dishes were absolutely delicious!
Great portion sizes for the price and the owner was as sweet as can be.

Met their most loyal customer, he has been on the island for 53 years and this is his favorite place to eat. Listed off some amazing other places, but Thai Farm Fresh is his #1. From our eating experience, I can tell why!!!

I love this hidden gem. I love the owners friendly service and enthusiasm. She always makes me smile. And the food is incredible. Perfect curries, stir fries, and noodle dishes. The Thai iced coffee has a unique, creamy delicious flavor too.

Another Maui Thai gem! I got the Lamb Curry at spice level 11! Did not disappoint!! Loaded with flavor and tender pieces of lamb. Great service from friendly people. Beware: no Thai Iced Tea, but plenty other drinks to choose from. Nice shady eating area. Portapotty nearby just in case.

Hands DOWN the best thai food I’ve ever had in my entire life, I am so serious. I live in Oahu and honestly I would probably take a trip to Maui just as an excuse to just get some food here. My whole family is absolutely blown away. The only thing is we weren’t able to eat at the tables there because there were bugs all over us. But it didn’t put a damper on my mood as the food was to die for, highly recommend!

I read good reviews of this Thai Farm Fresh food truck, so I like to check it out. I’m not disappointed. Delicious Thai food with just the right amount of spiciness and generous portions. I ordered Drunken noodles, papaya salad, Penang beef curry and Lilikoi tapioca. Price is reasonable . I met the owner/chef. She is friendly and accommodating. Also bought freshly picked organic papaya which is so sweet. Highly recommended this Thai food truck.
