I wish I could give zero stars, even one star feels too generous. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for help with your needs. I paid $1,200 for a service and, as of today, I haven’t received so much as a phone call. I’ve called multiple times, left messages, and still haven’t gotten a single response. This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience.

Very unprofessional, lack of communication, ignores phone calls etc… I trusted this business with my money and they still haven’t done anything with what they have promised me. They told me my food truck detailing would be done within less of a month and it’s been over 4 months now and haven’t heard a single thing from them. Once I tried reaching out I couldn’t get a hold of Cesar, the front office lady told me that Cesar was on vacation and they will get in touch with me once he is back. I started getting suspicious of the company that I trusted my money with so I started doing more research and looked at better business bureau reviews and I saw some complaints that was adding up with what I am going through right now. I got in contact with another victim of this business scheme and they have informed me that once you give them your money they spend it on whatever (not the food truck detailing) so even if I wanted a refund I couldn’t get it. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times to them seeing how we could figure everything out and I kept getting different stories each day. I never got any contract from them which I was told it would be dealt with within the first month I officially paid them. This food truck was a way for me to make money and I took a risk and trusted this business and they don’t even have the decency to call me back, I’ve even tried driving down there to talk in person and no one was there so I feel like I’m getting played out of my money.

The staff at Food Truck Empire are down home people. Any question I had Cesar had a good answer. You can tell right away that he has experience in the food truck industry. Ver Nice Guy. I look forward to buying mine as soon as my loan goes through. And I was privileged enough to taste the Spanish food they were cooking that day. They food quality was excellent. The corn bread looked like cookies and it was great.

I want to say I really appreciate the food truck empire so much for helping me start my food truck dream! They have the best prices compared to other competitors in Florida. The owner Cesar is a great guy helped me through the whole process from start to finish. Also want to give Viviani a shoutout, she helped making sure I was up to date with everything I needed. Would recommend anybody who wants a food truck to this place! A++
