In our opinion, working with Loretta has been the most awful and unprofessional experiences we have ever had with a contractor.

Upon completing the project and paying Loretta in full, we left a negative review deeply detailing the story of why we were frustrated and unhappy with the result and experience of working with her.

In response to this, Loretta chose to publish the recordings of our private sessions on her Google Response with links so that anyone who wanted to could listen. (see attached screenshot).

While we agreed to recording the sessions for her reference, we did not agree to have them broadcast for anyone on the internet to listen.

This felt grossly inappropriate and invasive to our to right to privacy. Our review was of our own personal opinion of the experience that transpired, and how we felt coming out of the interaction.

Upon asking Loretta to simply and only remove the recordings from the internet, she said that if we took our review down, she would take the private recordings off of the review. We also found this very unprofessional and felt manipulative.

We are not happy with the end result of the plan we received from Loretta, and we are not happy with the experience of working with her.

In our opinion, Loretta has been unprofessional to work with and we would not recommend her to others.
